Companies House search facility: WebCheck link above.
It takes about 7-10 days for your company Certificate to
come back. The staff at Companies House are

will need two more documents:

Articles
of Association 2) Memorandum
of Association
Model
documents are available on this site at 1)
& 2) above for a Charity company. You
will need to insert your new company name and the
personal details of the Directors and Company Secretary
on the forms and where indicated in red on the Articles
and Memorandum documents. Cut the text from
the webpage and insert it into a Word or other word
processing program.
If
you do not intend to trade, there is no need to file
accounts, just an annual statement to that effect about
one year after the company is formed or until you wind
