IRON CURTAIN - NATO AND RUSSIA HEADING FOR NUCLEAR SHOWDOWN AS POLAND VOWS TO HOST US NUKES ON PUTIN'S DOORSTEP
POLAND has announced they are ready to host nuclear weapons on their borders as Nato and Russia head for a nuclear showdown.
President Andrzej Duda said his country will take up nuclear arms if they are asked to by Nato as they look for somewhere to deploy weapons and respond to the latest chilling
Putin threats.
The tyrant and his Kremlin cronies started to reinforce their armoury in Belarus and Kaliningrad recently, stocking up on their worrying warfare.
Duda spoke at length in an interview on Monday saying: "Russia is increasingly militarising Kaliningrad. Recently it has been relocating its nuclear weapons to Belarus.
"If our allies decide to deploy nuclear arms on our territory as part of nuclear sharing, to reinforce Nato's eastern flank, we are ready to do so.
"I've already talked about it several times. I must admit that when asked about it, I declared our readiness."
Poland sits in a crucial position in terms of the ongoing war in Ukraine with the
NATO nation sharing a border with Belarus and the Russian military playground of Kaliningrad.
Ukraine has always been reassured they have Poland's full support if ever needed due to their position.
Duda also revealed in the chat nuclear talks between Poland and the US have been ongoing for some time.
He told the newspaper Fakt that they would work with the US to navigate nuclear weapons if need be and keep Russia from causing anymore chaos in Europe.
Moscow responded warning the West they would take the necessary steps to "ensure its security" if Poland got a hold of any weapons.
Belarus has long been an ally of the Kremlin and has happily helped Putin store his weaponry closer to Europe's powerhouses.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has been happy to home nukes in his country as the US "has been doing this for decades", said Putin last year.
He said: "There is nothing unusual here either: firstly, the United States has been doing this for decades. They have long deployed their tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of their allied countries."
"We agreed that we will do the same - without violating our obligations, I emphasise, without violating our international obligations on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons."
Russia has stationed 10 aircraft in Belarus capable of carrying tactical nuclear weapons, it has been said.
PUTIN'S NUCLEAR THREATS
The odds of an apocalyptic nuclear world war are now as low as six to one amid escalating tensions with Russia.
In his most chilling WW3 threat yet, Putin, 71, declared that weapons like nukes "exist in order to use them".
In an interview with Russian state television last month, he emphasised Moscow is "ready" from "a military-technical point of view" in the event of a perceived threat to national security.
He said: "Weapons exist in order to use them."
"We have our own principles.
"We are ready to use weapons, including any weapons, including [nuclear], if we are talking about the existence of the Russian state, harming our sovereignty and independence."
A chilling nuclear war simulator has also revealed how a Russian nuclear strike could trigger a global conflict - killing 35 million people in just a matter of hours.
The model predicts a catastrophic war escalating from an initial Russian nuclear strike, which quickly draws in other powers.
Known as "Plan A", the four-minute animation aims to highlight the horrific potential consequences of conflict between Russia and NATO countries as all nations would fire strikes against one another.
The model predicts that almost 35 million people would die within hours - many of those in the first 45 minutes.
As a further 56 million would be injured - not including later deaths from nuclear fallout and other effects.
ABOUT
POLAND Poland, officially the Republic of Poland, is a country in Central Europe. It is divided into 16 administrative voivodeship provinces, covering an area of 312,696 km2 (120,733 sq mi). Poland has a
population of over 38 million and is the fifth-most populous member state of the European Union. Warsaw is the nation's capital and largest metropolis. Other major cities include Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, and Gdańsk.
Poland has a temperate transitional climate, and its territory traverses the Central
European Plain, extending from the
Baltic Sea in the north to the Sudetes and Carpathian Mountains in the south. The longest Polish
river is the Vistula, and Poland's highest point is Mount Rysy, situated in the Tatra mountain range of the Carpathians. The country is bordered by Lithuania and Russia to the northeast, Belarus and Ukraine to the east, Slovakia and the Czech Republic to the south, and Germany to the west. It also shares maritime boundaries with Denmark and Sweden.
Prehistoric human activity on Polish soil dates to the Lower Paleolithic, with continuous settlement since the end of the Last Glacial Period. Culturally diverse throughout late antiquity, in the early medieval period the region became inhabited by the tribal Polans, who gave Poland its name. The process of establishing proper statehood, which began in 966, coincided with the conversion of a pagan ruler of the Polans to
Christianity, under the auspices of the
Roman Catholic
Church. The Kingdom of Poland emerged in 1025, and in 1569 cemented its long-standing association with Lithuania, thus forming the Polish–Lithuanian
Commonwealth. At the time, the Commonwealth was one of the great powers of Europe, with a uniquely liberal political system which adopted Europe's first modern constitution in 1791.
With the passing of the prosperous Polish Golden Age, the country was partitioned by neighbouring states at the end of the 18th century. Poland regained its independence in 1918 as the Second Polish Republic and successfully defended it in the Polish–Soviet War from 1919 to 1921. In September 1939, the invasion of Poland by
Nazi
Germany and the Soviet Union marked the beginning of World War
II, which resulted in the Holocaust and millions of Polish casualties. Forced into the Eastern Bloc in the global
Cold
War, the Polish People's Republic was a founding signatory of the Warsaw Pact. Through the emergence and contributions of the Solidarity movement, the
communist government was dissolved and Poland re-established itself as a democratic state in 1989.
Poland is a parliamentary republic, with its bicameral legislature comprising the Sejm and the Senate. It is a developed market and a high-income economy. Considered a middle power, Poland has the sixth-largest economy in the European Union by GDP (nominal) and the fifth-largest by GDP (PPP). It provides a very high standard of living, safety, and economic freedom, as well as free university education and a universal health care system. The country has 17
UNESCO
World Heritage
Sites, 15 of which are cultural. Poland is a founding member state of the
United Nations, as well as a member of the World Trade Organization, OECD,
NATO, and the European Union (including the Schengen Area). https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/apr/30/ukraine-war-briefing-russia-making-gains-from-slow-western-aid-says-nato-chief https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/apr/30/ukraine-war-briefing-russia-making-gains-from-slow-western-aid-says-nato-chief
DOOMSDAY
OPERATION GRAND SLAM -
Disillusioned extremists in Iran,
North Korea and Russia,
have grown impatient waiting for their leaders to act
decisively, having watched the Ukraine debacle
of Vladimir Putin rebound
to weaken their CRINK
axis members. This despite Hamas launching against Israel and
Houthi attacks on the Red
Sea. All that had the effect of waking the sleeping
giant: NATO.
They
hatch a plot to kidnap top politicians from the west to
create confusion, as a prelude to an all out cyber
nuclear first and second strike, having first stockpiled
sufficient gold
and weapons reserves, and fallout bunkers for their
cells, to be able to stage a second wave of conventional
attacks, to in effect, take over the world after the
nuclear holocaust they
have engineered. Including assassinating their jaded
leaders: Xi
Jinping; Vladimir
Putin, Iranian Grand Ayatollah, Ali
Khamenei, and Kim
Jong Un, supreme leader of communist North
Korea.
